Personalised products will take an additional 3 - 5 working days before being dispatched.
Standard Delivery
- Free standard delivery for orders over £50
- £3.99 for orders under £50
- Delivery will take 3-4 working days
Express Delivery
- £4.99 for all orders where Express Delivery is requested
- Order before 2pm
- Delivery will take 1-2 working days
- Delivery can be tracked
Guaranteed next day delivery
- £8.80 for all orders where Guaranteed next day is requested
- Order before 2pm
- Saturday orders will be delivered on Monday

International
Personalised products will take an additional 3 - 5 working days before being dispatched.
Please note: all products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis, so recipients outside the UK may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery patners may also charge fees for processing the import duties. Please consider costs that may be applicable on arrival into the country as Cheeky Chompers can’t be held responsible for these charges.

Returns
60-day return
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@cheekychompers.com to advise of the wish to return and explain any problem or feedback you have. We can then agree either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning any of your products, you must do so in its original packaging and in its original unused condition, within 60 days to:

Upon receipt we will refund the price of the item/order to your original card details or exchange it for another design depending on your instructions. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage. Any feedback you can give us is always appreciated. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel orders for most goods bought online the moment you place your order until 14 days from the day you receive your goods, and get a full refund.
However this doesn’t apply to personalised products. To cancel your order, please email info@cheekychompers.com.
If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns policy to receive a refund.
