Fabric Products:
All our fabric products can easily be washed in the washing machine. Even our Neckerchew (Teething Bib) and Comfortchew (Sensory Comforter) with silicone teethers attached, are totally safe to put in the washing machine.
Animal Teethers:
You can clean our Animal Teethers in the dishwasher or pop it in a steriliser.

Please note that with recent Royal Mail strikes and delays, International delivery can take a little longer than anticipated.
All products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis, so recipients outside the UK may have to pay import duty or other taxes.
Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing the import duties. Please consider costs that may be applicable on arrival into the country as Cheeky Chompers can’t be held responsible for these charges.
We have a 60-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@cheekychompers.com to advise of the wish to return and explain any problem or feedback you have. We can then agree either a refund or an exchange.
If you are returning any of your products, you must do so in its original packaging and in its original unused condition, within 60 days to:

Upon receipt we will refund the price of the item/order to your original card details or exchange it for another design depending on your instructions. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage. Any feedback you can give us is always appreciated. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel orders for most goods bought online the moment you place your order until 14 days from the day you receive your goods, and get a full refund.
However this doesn’t apply to personalised products. To cancel your order, please email info@cheekychompers.com.
If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns policy to receive a refund.
No, don’t worry the price will not appear in the packaging or delivery note. It is emailed to the customer who ordered the gift.
Yes, you can add a gift note for any order. If you are ordering a gift box, the gift message will come up on the product page for you to fill in. For any other order, please get in touch via info@cheekychompers.com with your order name and message details and we will sort it for you.
If you order a gift box plus extra products, the extra items are placed inside the gift box, but outside of the sealed tissue paper, in case you want to take them out but keep the packaging lovely.
