Placing an order & payment:
Placing an order on our website is fast and simple!
All prices are clearly displayed on the website. Please select your chosen items by stating the quantity of each item required. Once you have selected the amounts you would like of each design and are happy with your order, continue through to payment. Payment is taken through Paypal and you will be redirected to their secure website to make payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment and they accept a wide range of credit or debit cards. Please refer to Paypal’s terms and conditions for additional information. Once you have made payment you cannot add anything additionally to the same order. The name and address details that you supply during the payment process, is where the goods will be delivered to. In the unlikely event that your selection is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as your order is being processed to advise you and offer a full refund or exchange.
We have the right to increase our prices at any time.
Our promise to you:
We hope you will love your products as much as we do and we would love to hear any feedback you have. We manufacture and design our products in the UK and have spent a lot of time and effort ensuring we select the best materials and methods of production to ensure each product is manufactured to the highest possible quality and standard. Each product is hand made and inevitably some variations may occur due to natural defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, please let us know immediately and we will reply to your feedback, ensuring we comply with the guidelines stated in your legal rights.
We have included care label instructions on every product and advise you follow these to get the best from your product. We cannot accept any problems which arise with your product after failure to comply with these instructions. Cheeky Chompers Limited will not be liable for anything more than the purchase price of the item in question.

Anything that could cause offence will be removed immediately once detected. However we are not responsible for the words and comments supplied by others.
Cheeky Investor Card terms:
Discount code can be used for purchases exclusively at www.cheekychompers.com. One time discount code is valid until 30/09/2020 and can be redeemed once. The investor card is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or with sale items. The Investor Card is not valid for any subscription based products or services. The card must be used by the named individual. Cheeky Chompers reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the Investor Card which may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
Affiliates
Paid Search
Affiliates may not bid on or use the word ‘Cheeky Chompers', derivatives, misspellings and any Cheeky Chompers sub brands in any way to gain preferential listings on Search Engines, Directories or any other kind of online database. This is expressly forbidden and will result in the termination of an Affiliate's agreement with Cheeky Chompers .
Use of voucher codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Cheeky Chompers affiliate programme.
Cheeky Chompers reserve the right to withhold payment of commission or suspend publishers if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
Natural Search
Cheeky Chompers are happy for affiliates to optimise their sites for the correct spelling of their brand terms.
Affiliate-owned domains
Affiliates are permitted to use brand terms as a directory, e.g. www.affiliate.com/cheekychompers.
Affiliates are not permitted to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-cheekychompers.com

Any affiliate wishing to construct a landing page for Cheeky Chompers should first contact the account management team for pre-approval at info@cheekychompers.com
Promotion Restrictions
Any press where Cheeky Chompers is referenced must have involvement and full sign off from Cheeky Chompers. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding press opportunities should contact info@cheekychompers.com
Commission Structure
6% commission is currently paid out on all products.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate program interface without prior written permission. Out of date/redundant creative, links or using domains including the term ‘Cheeky Chompers’ or similar derivatives is expressly forbidden.
